THOMAS WATERMAN WOOD (American / 1823-1903)
Thomas Waterman Wood was born in Montpelier, Vermont. A founder member of the New York Etching Club, Thomas W. Wood was President of the American Watercolor Society and President of the Academy. Wood was known for his gently humorous genre paintings.
