LEONCE BURRET (French / 1866-1915)

Léonce Burret was a Montmartre artist of the Belle Epoque, associated with Willette and Steinlen. Burret was a contributor to the satirical journal Le Rire. Léonce Burret was born in Bordeaux, and studied at the Beaux-Arts there.
