CLAUDE SERRE (French / 1938-1999)

Claude Serre was born in Sucy-en-Brie, near Paris. He worked in a number of artistic fields – as a painter, illustrator, cartoonist, and a craftsman in porcelain and glass. As with many people with diversified talents, Claude Serre has never really had the acclaim he would have expected if he had settled for just one of these fields of expertise. Our signed lithographs by Claude Serre were inspired by the poetry of Charles Baudelaire.
