JACQUES MONORY (French /
1934-)
Paris-born Jacques Monory is the leading French hyper-realist. He made his name in 1971 with an exhibition at the Musée d'Art Moderne in Paris. The art of Jacques Monory is the subject of a 1992 monograph by Pierre Tilman, and a 2000 catalogue raisonnée by Jean-Christophe-Bailly.
