EMMANUEL AURICOSTE (French /
1908-1995)
Born in Paris, Emmanuel Auricoste is primarily known as a sculptor; he was a student of both Bourdelle and Charles Despiau. Our prints are original lithographs from his portfolio Images de Femmes. Emmanuel Auricoste was also a prominent peace campaigner. Auricoste was a professor at the École des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, and then at the Beaux-Arts, Orléans.
