ALFRED HENRI DARJOU (French / 1832-1874)

Alfred Henri Darjou was born in Paris. He was the son of the painter Victor Darjou, who outlived him by three years. Alfred Darjou was taught by his father, with additional instruction in the atelier of Léon Cogniet. He made his Salon debut in 1853.
