ALFRED ALEXANDRE DELAUNEY (French / 1830-1894)

Alfred Alexandre Delauney was born in Gouville (Manche) and died in Nanteuil-sur-Marne. He exhibited regularly at the Salon de Paris, winning medals in 1870 and 1872. Most of his over 300 etchings depict Paris; he also published a series of etchings of the cathedrals of France.
