Original etching by Jean Frélaut, signed and dated in the plate Jean Frélaut 1913. Printed on wove paper. Published by the Gazette des Beaux-Arts in 1916. Refs: Delteil n.133 (IV/IV); Sanchez & Seydoux 1916-2. Below the plate mark on the left is the collection stamp of the former owner, the Providence Athenaeum. This could easily be hidden behind a close mount. One or two handling creases in the lower margin of the sheet. Condition: Excellent, see description.
