DAVID YOUNG CAMERON (Scottish / 1865-1945)

Sir David Young Cameron was born in Glasgow. One of the most successful printmakers of his day, he was elected R.A. in 1920. David Young Cameron's landscape etchings and drypoints were immensely popular, and he milked this popularity by publishing his prints in a bewildering number of states - as many as 28 states of one etching.
